Product Management Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Own and build the eCommerce product roadmap.
• Work closely with product development team to resolve Change Requests and implementation issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Business Development, Marketing and Operations to define product strategy, roadmap and vision for the Ecommerce websites.
• Collaborate with product development and UX teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with business teams and align on metrics and reporting frequency that will be tracked and reported post launch of products.
• Define KPIs for all projects and evaluating the success of a project.
• Influence key stakeholders to align resources, prioritisation and execute our vision from strategic planning to implementation.
• Organise various product workshops and design effective strategies and coordinate with various groups to assist in product development process and analyse all business requirements.
• Communicate project status, resolve issues, conduct post implementation reviews and regular planning meetings to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Business IT or Technology
• Extensive understanding of retail ecommerce landscape, including “best practice” features, functionality and business operational flows.
• Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of web technology fundamentals, including mobile and app.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certified SCRUM Product Owner Certification a plus but not required.
• Ability to develop commercial strategies to effectively communicate to end-users.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role. Previous experience in E-Commerce industry would be highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) will be a plus.
• Knowledge of IT integration within ERP, POS and Warehouse Management System will be a plus.
• Team Player - Support the Digital Commerce Lead in building B2C Digital Commerce strategies.
