User Interface Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in all phases of the design process, from user research to prototyping, visual design, and usability testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build design systems, and create innovative, user-centered designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design projects from concept to completion, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

Conduct user research and integrate both qualitative and quantitative feedback into design decisions.

Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI kits.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency.

Communicate design concepts effectively to internal and external teams.

Stay current with design trends and recommend new tools and technologies.

Key Requirements:

Min 5 years of experience is required in UI/UX Designation.

Degree in Information Technology, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS, and XD.

Experience with building design systems and UI Kits.

Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

A solid portfolio showcasing design work that aligns with client objectives.

Preferred:

Front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS).

Experience with Agile methodologies.
