We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Agile Coach to work on Remote basis.

Pay Rate: $50-$55/hr

They're looking for agile leadership - the ability to make recommendations on best practices for agile and do an analysis of their current agile environment. No requirements for certain tools or domain experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of agile coaching experience
• 8+ years of experience working in agile environments overall
• Experience building out best agile practices, making recommendations for agile tools, and mentorship experience
• Experience with software implementations, and business change management
• ALL successful candidates for this position are required to work directly for PRIMUS. No agencies please only W-2**
