Hybrid - 3 days in office per week

Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM CST

Duration: 12+ months on contract with possible extension

Pay Rate: $75/hr

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead complex product teams within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies at scale and the ability to adapt practices to various scenarios. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cross-functional teams, delivering results, and guiding enterprise-level collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform as an Agilist at both the team and product levels, managing complex products and dependencies.
• Apply and adapt Agile practices to various situations to drive effective outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and reports on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Continuously evolve and improve software development processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Agile program management.
• 4+ years of managerial experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Proven delivery experience, including managing roadmaps, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong financial and business acumen, providing appropriate guidance.
• Experience leading multiple complex product teams across an enterprise.
• Proficiency in Agile software development principles, particularly Scrum.
• Independent, self-starter with a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through capabilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
