DevOps Engineer with Backend (PHP) experience

We're building the most innovative and active pan-European online medtech eCommerce platform which will connect our production and integration services with hospitals, medical practices, laboratories, and research centers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Senior Product Manager/ Senior Backend Developer in the software/tech environment with profound technical knowledge (software engineering & architecture) as well as DevOps
• Several years of experience with Shopware and PHP
• Practical experience in agile project management (SCRUM)
• Experience with building interfaces between systems
• Proven involvement in successful product development in the tech environment
• Very good understanding of best-in-class processes between systems
• Know-How in E-Commerce / Retail
• Entrepreneurial spirit, result-oriented thinking and acting
• Fun at work and daily new challenges

Responsibilities

• Design, define and develop our IT platform to be 'best in market'
• Implementing automated CI/CD processes (e.g. using Jenkins)
• Refactoring our architecture to make it more robust and adaptable to future strategic plans by introducing (as examples)
• GraphQL
• Redis
• Microservices architecture
• Understanding, evaluating and implementing current technology trends
• Introducing AI-based support tools (e.g. Amazon Q)
• Innovate and optimize our platform by attending our bi-weekly Tech&Coffee with the team and contributing and developing your own ideas.
