Discover the role

We are looking for someone who has experience in human resources administration. Your main task will be to oversee all process with regards to military records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain complete military records work in compliance with the Ukrainian legislation for the clients entities;
  • Organize and maintain HR administration work (including HR Electronical docflow (EDO) in compliance with the Ukrainian legislation for the clients' entities;
  • Input of necessary data on employees of the Client companies (salary data, hiring, dismissal, transfer, sick leaves, vacations, personal data changes, military registration documents, etc.) in payroll and HR databases, etc;
  • Collect and prepare necessary HR documents for employment, dismissal, salary or position change and/or any other change in the employment conditions of employees, etc.;
  • Collect data and prepare necessary documents (orders, documents, certificates, reports, notifications, explanations, acts, etc.) for maintaining the military records of client companies.
  • Provision clients with information in respect of labour legislation, military records and local practice;
  • Participation in HR and military records audits (internal/external);
  • Preparation and filing of statutory and corporate reports;
  • Testing and setting up HR, electronical docflow programs, participation in automation;
  • Active participation in the Military and HR EDO setups of clients' entities, setting up work processes at the initial stage;
  • Participation in other HR, EDO and military service projects, including automation and international projects.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in a similar or related position for at least 2 years;
  • Relevant higher education and/or proven relevant professional qualification;
  • Certificate of advanced training course for persons responsible for military registration will be advantage);
  • Good knowledge of military registration in Ukraine;
  • Practical experience in undergoing military registration inspections;
  • Good knowledge of Ukrainian labour legislation;
  • Intermediate level of English (written and spoken);
  • PC skills (word, excel, power point, HR and EDO program software, Microsoft 365, etc.);
  • Ability to work with the basic office equipment (scanner, printer);
  • Stress resistance;
  • Multitasking;
  • Attentiveness to the details;
  • Compliance with deadlines;
  • Result-orienting.
