User Interface Designer

Capgemini is hiring for the post of UI UX Designer from 4 to 9 years of experience for Bangalore Location.

Job Description:

User Research: Conduct thorough research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviours of various applications. Analyse market trends and competitors to make design decisions.

Customer Experience : Enhancing every touchpoint in the customer journey to ensure a seamless, engaging, and satisfying experience. In the SaaS industry, a CX designer uses user research, data analysis, and design thinking to improve user interfaces, streamline onboarding processes, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

Wire framing and Prototyping: Guide the team in creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts—iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results.

User Experience Design (UX): Create an intuitive and efficient user journey through the product. Focus on enhancing overall user satisfaction and ease of interaction

Problem Solving: Identify and address design challenges, finding creative solutions. Iterate designs based on feedback and real-world usage.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers. Communicate design ideas effectively and incorporate feedback into the design process.

Design Software : such as Figma, Illustrator and Balsamiq etc.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Develop resource management strategies: Optimize the availability, utilization, a

nd allocation of resources

Identify resource needs: Collaborate with project managers and department heads to determine resource requirements

Evaluate resource constraints: Consider project timelines, budgets, and resource constraints

Monitor resource utilization: Identify and address potential conflicts or bottlenecks

Coordinate with relevant departments: Ensure resources are available on time

Conduct capacity planning: Assess and manage resource demands based on project priorities

Track and report on resource utilization: Analyze data and provide suggestions for optimization
