💼 Responsabilities

Product Development & Release

• Take ownership of backlog tasks, including complex or architecture-related items
• Lead development efforts for key products from initial stages through to release (binoculars to see throughout the fog, night, etc) and high precision lasers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of products through architectural enhancements and adaptation to different frameworks or languages.

Technical Expertise & Versatility

• Primary language: C++. Adaptable to other technologies such as Python, Petalinux, C, and QT.
• Apply software engineering best practices in embedded systems design to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Support cross-functional teams by taking on a wide range of tasks, ensuring seamless project progress and product quality.

Team Collaboration & Support

• Assist team members and provide guidance on various tasks, including architectural design and implementation.
• Mentor new team members during the onboarding process, fostering a smooth transition and integration into the team.

SCRUM Methodology & Leadership Support

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, adapting to the needs of the team and product backlog.
• Engage in ongoing skill development, with the potential to earn a Scrum Alliance CSM certificate to further support Scrum Masters and ensure alignment with Agile best practices.

• Technical

Advanced proficiency in C++ with a strong capability to adapt across multiple technologies, including Python, Petalinux, C, and QT.

• Product Development

Proven experience in embedded systems development, with a track record of delivering robust, complex solutions.

• Agile Practices:

Solid understanding of SCRUM principles, with the initiative to further Agile knowledge through certifications like CSM to support broader team needs.

• Collaborative Approach:

Strong interpersonal skills for team support, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
