About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join the APAC Analytics team, driving insights and strategies across marketing and sales to boost revenue. This role involves developing data pipelines, conducting advanced analyses, designing experiments, and creating impactful visualisations to inform key business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Python or R, coupled with excellent stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen. This is a hybrid position, offering a collaborative and innovative environment to make a significant impact in a high-growth setting.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Design and execute experiments (e.g., A/B testing) and interpret results to inform strategy.
  • Build interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualise performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise projects and communicate findings effectively.
  • Utilise advanced statistical methods, segmentation, and clustering techniques to optimise performance.
  • Contribute to forecasting, automation, and broader analytics projects to drive growth.
  • Stay updated on emerging analytics tools and techniques to enhance scalability and efficiency.


Qualifications:

8+ years of analytics experience, with 1-2 years in a leadership or senior analyst role.


Required Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau OR Qlik Sense OR Power BI
  • Strong programming skills in R or Python are highly preferred.
  • In-depth experience with SaaS products and marketing or sales analytics.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in statistical methods, segmentation, clustering, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent data storytelling and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for learning and collaboration.
