Junior Project Manager

We are actively seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Buenos Aires. This will be working on a hybrid basis with 1-2 days in our office in Buenos Aires.

Role Purpose:

The role will involve leading market research projects on agrochemicals and seeds in LATAM regions. You will manage the project from start to finish, ensuring the project is completed to deadlines with high levels of data quality and analysis. You will ideally have experience of managing a team and have excellent communication skills with the ability to problem solve.

Job Description:

• Conducting market research
• Draft questionnaires
• Conduct surveys
• Assisting in weighting, sampling, and preparing a code plan
• Data analysis
• Preparation of presentations
• Coordination with internal service units, external partners like agencies, Kynetec colleagues
• Translate research documents into local language if necessary
• Team management with 2-3 direct reports

Skills Required:

• University graduate (Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Production Technician, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics or similar).
• At least 3 years experience in related positions
• Knowledge of the agricultural market is advantageous
• MS Office Advanced: Excel (Pivot tables and advanced formulas); Powerpoint
• English B2 (Advanced intermediate)
• Data analysis/Statistics experience
• Knowledge of data analysis software (Power BI) and programming is advantageous
• Team leadership and the ability to motivate
