We are looking for an experienced Information Security person, well-rounded team player with broad technical leadership skills to add to our Information Security department. In this role, you’ll design and maintain SOC infrastructure to ensure its hardened posture and best performances, in addition to troubleshooting and solving any issue related to the security operations centre technologies. By analysing potential attack vectors and resolving the most complex and critical security incidents you’ll help us stay one step ahead of malicious actors.

We are looking for an experienced Information Security person, well-rounded team player with broad technical leadership skills to add to our Information Security department. In this role, you’ll design and maintain SOC infrastructure to ensure its hardened posture and best performances, in addition to troubleshooting and solving any issue related to the security operations centre technologies. By analysing potential attack vectors and resolving the most complex and critical security incidents you’ll help us stay one step ahead of malicious actors.
What You’ll Do
- Implement and maintain the tooling for the SOC team
- Lead the Information Security Incident Response
- Be the SOC go-to person for Information and Cyber Security related questions
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to promote security by design principles
- Create and maintain the respective policies and procedures
- Support the information security audits as the internal technical specialist
- Participate in vulnerability management process
- Interact directly with, and manage, the vendors of the Security tools
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Security or related field
- 5 years’ experience in a cyber security role
- CISSP, GSEC, GCIH, CCSP, BTL2 or relevant cybersecurity vendor certificates
- Experience with one or more cybersecurity frameworks including CIS, NIST, Cyber Kill Chain, MITRE’s ATT&CK
- Experience with Security Operations Centre processes
- Strong working knowledge of industry standard security tools, including SIEM, Vulnerability Scanners, Next-generation firewalls, XDR, and NDR
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and associated network protocols and concepts
- Extensive experience with Information Security Incident Response, and digital forensics
- Experience in securing Cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, GCP
- Experience in securing Container platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker (optional)
- Working knowledge of ITIL framework
- Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with a broad range of people and roles
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong customer/client focus, with the ability to manage expectations appropriately; provide a superior customer/client experience and build long-term relationships
