We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Quality Engineer Summer Trainee to join our TOTAL Mac team. This is an opportunity for you to be part of a great team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic quality engineering environment, working on cutting-edge technologies and contributing to the development and maintenance of production-grade cybersecurity products.

Our team focuses on delivering high-quality cybersecurity solutions, utilizing automation, manual testing, and continuous improvement to ensure our products meet the highest standards. This role offers a unique chance to develop your skills in test automation, quality assurance practices, and software reliability, all while contributing to a product that protects millions of users globally.

What you’ll be doing

As a Summer Trainee, you’ll work closely with experienced developers and quality engineers to support ongoing quality assurance projects. Your primary focus will include:

• Developing and enhancing the test automation system for the TOTAL Mac product.
• Assisting with the maintenance of the existing test automation framework.
• Implementing new test cases and refining requirements in collaboration with developers.
• Performing manual testing to ensure product reliability and compliance.

This is a 3–4 month program starting in May or June 2025, offering valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting while contributing to meaningful initiatives.

What we’re looking for

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Xcode, Terminal, Swift, shell scripting, or Python scripting is a plus.
• Basic understanding of macOS or experience with macOS virtualization is beneficial.

Educational Background

• Relevant coursework or projects in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
• Near completion or completion of a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
