Information Security Project Manager

Join our IS Governance Security team as an Information Security Officer/Information Security Project Manger, leading the establishment of Data Security and Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) capabilities. You’ll focus on implementing procedural and organisational measures while ensuring compliance across the company and its operational entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expertise in areas such as ISMS, IS Risk Management, IS Audit & Compliance, or Security Culture & Awareness.
• Lead or support global IS programs and provide security consulting to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry security standards.
• Promote awareness of company information security requirements and processes.
• Oversee and enhance DLP functionalities in shared services, maintaining alignment with company standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Information Security with certifications like CISM, CISA, or CISSP preferred.
• Expertise in DLP, Information Classification, and Cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of IT security frameworks (ISO270xx, COBIT5/2019).
• Experience in establishing security controls, project management, and agile methodologies.
• Strong independence, judgment, and initiative; German language skills are a plus.
