As a core member of the Financial Application Support Team which is part of a global team who are responsible for driving and supporting the ongoing releases of Oracle Fusion Cloud, as well as, other key projects on the program roadmap. They are to provide a bridge between the Revenue and Billing team, and the functional and technical teams to ensure that the solution and changes to the solution align to business requirements and strategies in CITCO. They are to support and facilitate the collaboration of the teams for ongoing efforts that optimize and stabilize the processes and solutions. This will include the elaboration of detailed requirements through to the planning of delivery of changes, with all the necessary analysis of impacts, risks. detailed documentation, and approach to testing.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Elicit, analyze, and manage requirements on business processes, workflows, data flows and reports
• Translate business needs into technical, functional requirements
• Support the design of end-to-end processes and workflows through process mapping, user stories, and prototypes
• Participate in functional validation, setup, and testing for ongoing Oracle ERP production support
• Maintain project documentation, process maps, functional design documents throughout all project lifecycles
• Troubleshoot, and collaborate with multiple teams to resolve complex functional, technical and process related issues
• Optimize processes and solutions, implementing best practices; perform impact analysis and assessments.
• Support the transition of changes and solutions into production environments for hyper care periods
• Understand day-to-day operations and work with other functional areas to correct discrepancies.
• Monitor and manage issues, defects across the workstream
• Assessment of enhancements and impacts from quarterly releases through to recommendations to key stakeholders
• Contribute to and support new technology projects that integrate and align with Oracle Cloud
• Coordinate dependencies and contribute to all phases of testing, including the modification or development of a test strategy, specific plans and test scripts.
• Proactively learn and stay engaged with upcoming releases and assess based on CITCO strategies and direction
  
  

Qualifications

About You:

• Minimum 5 years of proven demonstrable experience as a Process Lead, ERP Subject Matter Expert
• Project Portfolio Management (PPM) knowledge is a distinct advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, finance or a related discipline is required.
• Master’s degree in information technology or other finance-related discipline is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP
• Cloud certifications in Oracle Cloud applications
• Proficient with OTBI and other reporting tools to aid ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint is an asset but not required.
• Strong project management skills, including a good understanding of project phases and lifecycles.
• Experience in PPM data management, including performing audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Business-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently with little guidance.
• Must be able to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
