Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and track multiple projects, including resource and budget requirements, with regular progress updates.
- Implement robust project governance to advance strategic goals effectively.
- Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, including cross-project/program risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
- Motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring the highest quality.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Think strategically, execute with precision, and maintain a clear project vision.

We’re seeking a candidate with the following skills and experience:
- Strong project management expertise, with the ability to set clear priorities, establish milestones, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience managing IT and Data projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving benefits and outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead and implement change effectively.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects within a program management structure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
- Ability to foster inclusivity and collaboration within project teams.
- Knowledge of change management principles and experience leading organizational change.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
- Experience in regulatory environments or the financial services industry is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in finance, business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years’ project management experience managing multiple priorities.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are preferred but not essential.
