Are you a skilled Project Manager looking for your next challenge? Join a dynamic and expanding Project Management Office (PMO) with the Financial Services sector, overseeing a diverse portfolio of regulatory and strategic initiatives. This role offers the chance to work on impactful projects alongside a collaborative team of professionals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and track multiple projects, including resource and budget requirements, with regular progress updates.
  • Implement robust project governance to advance strategic goals effectively.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, including cross-project/program risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring the highest quality.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Think strategically, execute with precision, and maintain a clear project vision.


About You:

We’re seeking a candidate with the following skills and experience:


  • Strong project management expertise, with the ability to set clear priorities, establish milestones, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Experience managing IT and Data projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving benefits and outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead and implement change effectively.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects within a program management structure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
  • Ability to foster inclusivity and collaboration within project teams.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and experience leading organizational change.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
  • Experience in regulatory environments or the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.


Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in finance, business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five years’ project management experience managing multiple priorities.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are preferred but not essential.
