Helpdesk Engineer - South Dublin

Ergo have an opportunity for a Helpdesk Engineer in South Dublin. The successful candidate will join an established MSP providing remote technical support to clients on the Microsoft365 stack.

This is a hybrid role based in the Sandyford office with a client renowned for their training initiatives and career growth.

The ideal candidate would have experience in Network infrastructure, Server Administration, and Office 365 as well as a solid understanding of on-premise technology and hardware installation.

What will you do?

• Provide remote technical support to clients
• Build PC's and Laptops
• Conduct "health checks" on existing IT systems
• Systems administration using Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and Azure
• Implement and monitor Network infrastructure
• Manage IT security / Firewalls
• Manage Backup systems and Disaster Recovery
• Mobile Device Management and MFA using Intune

What do you need?

• Previous experience in a similar role - Field Engineer, Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator
• Experience in some or all of Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Azure, Backups, DR, AVD, Intune, Sophos firewalls and AV, Datto (Backup, DR), Unifi (access points, switches), HP hardware supplied.
• Experience in M365, Azure, Active Directory and Network Support
• Professional certifications a real advantage (Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA)
