Data Science Manager

Experienced Data Science Manager required to lead the efforts in developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth and innovation. This role is a critical leadership position, blending hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking and team leadership.

You will work with large datasets, build and refine data models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract actionable insights and create scalable data solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and analytics technologies to ensure the team’s methods are cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven strategies.

Expertise in working with large and complex datasets, leveraging tools like Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages.

Strong data modeling skills, including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.

Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus.
