Job Title: Junior Software Engineer (Intern)

Job Location: Rome (Italy)

Main Responsibilities

• Lead integration and delivery of complex software projects (e.g., OCS), acting as technical leader/director, overseeing reviews, implementation, and issue resolution.
• Design and implement integration strategies, covering deployment, configuration, testing, data migration, training, and project acceptance for successful delivery.
• Manage technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions address all product and service delivery requirements.
• Document and communicate technical solutions, facilitating knowledge transfer to customers and teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations) to align business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  
  

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline), graduating between January 2024 and December 2026.
• Familiarity with software project operations and maintenance processes, as well as basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL) for data migration tasks.
• Basic understanding of OCS systems, with a strong eagerness to learn and contribute to delivering integration solutions.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Language Requirements: Strong command of English and fluent in Italian.
