Senior Product Designer, Next-Gen UI & Interactions

Podimo is one of Europe’s fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for outstanding user interfaces, immersive animations, and the future of AI-driven experiences. We want to push boundaries in how people interact with audio content—seamlessly blending beautiful UI, dynamic animations, and cutting-edge AI to help users discover and engage with their favorite podcasts and audiobooks.

We’re looking for an exceptional product designer who can craft state-of-the-art interfaces from concept to launch. You’ll collaborate closely with product, and engineering teams to shape how listeners navigate and experience Podimo. With a keen eye for detail and a user-first mindset, you’ll create interactive designs and animating flows that delight and captivate our audience.

• Design end-to-end experiences for our mobile and web platforms, focusing on visually striking, yet simple interfaces, smooth interactions, and engaging animations
• Experiment with AI-driven solutions to enhance personalization and reimagine how people engage with audio
• Champion user-centered design practices and help shape Podimo’s product vision through creative storytelling and hands-on experimentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—developers, product managers, UX researchers—to translate insights into innovative user experiences
• Elevate and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across iOS, Android, and web
• Continuously explore and prototype new interactions, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in user interface design
  

You are a creative, detail-oriented designer with an exceptional eye for design and a passion for building the future of user interfaces. You follow the latest UI trends, have a knack for prototyping eye-catching interactions, and are inspired by the possibilities of AI in modern product design. You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace new challenges, and bring an ownership mindset to your work.

• 7+ years in UI/UX design for consumer-facing digital products
  
• Deep expertise in crafting animations, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs
• Proven track record of state-of-the-art UI designs, ideally demonstrated in a strong portfolio
• Expert level in Figma and animation tools (e.g., Principle, After Effects, ProtoPie, coding etc.)
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or a keen interest in how AI will transform user interfaces
• A background in startups or high-growth environments—especially in entertainment or tech/AI—is strongly preferred
• Natural collaborator who can present and advocate for design decisions to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Passionate about the world of audio & video content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
