Intelligent Automation Tribe is a part of Technology & Services, established as a part of the BWOW structure. This unit democratizes and delivers intelligent & tactical automation solutions that save the bank's costs and improve quality, compliance, and delivery speed, catering to the needs of the entire bank.

We have a solid automation culture at Danske Bank. The Intelligent Automation Tribe is home for enabling the organization to capture benefits while waiting for the strategic systems or complete process transformation; development and maintenance of all new and existing intelligent automation solutions; knowledge of industry's best practices, innovations, and standards creation.

The Intelligent Automation Tribe consists of 60 employees with various backgrounds and skill sets within the field of automation technologies (IT Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and IT Platform Engineers). We are an international team located in Lithuania and India.

In the Intelligent Automation Tribe, we have five development teams. You will be applying to Team 2, which comprises five developers and three analysts. Our primary responsibilities involve collaborating with the People, Asset Financing, and Financing Business tribes and services. We are accountable for 15 different organizational units, supporting them with tactical automations.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

You will:

  • Identify and evaluating automation opportunities (RPA/RDA, scripts, etc.) through comprehensive process analysis, observations, and workshops, thereby maintaining a continuous pipeline of projects
  • Provide sustained support for implemented automation solutions, encompassing maintenance and enhancements to ensure optimal functionality
  • Document process requirements by preparing detailed Process Definition Documents (PDDs) for proposed automation solutions
  • Serve as a bridge between developers and business stakeholders (Team Leads, Subject Matter Experts, etc.) to facilitate effective communication and collaboration, as well as assisting developers during the development and testing phases to ensure the effective completion of projects
  • Advocate for the automation agenda by steadily promoting initiatives within the organization and ensuring the timely request and approval of all necessary access rights
  • Continuously review and refining internal standards to enhance efficiency and establish a more structured working environment
  • Consistently follow up on issues to ensure prompt resolution and demonstrating a creative approach by exploring innovative solutions and workarounds
  • Share your knowledge and insights with other Business Analysts to foster a culture of learning and collaboration

About you:

  • Understanding of how to analyze and improve business processes via automation
  • Great interest in IT and automation fields with a proactive constant search for new options and ways how to drive automation agenda in the organization
  • Experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment, with facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Skilled pragmatical mindset, detail-oriented and used to interacting directly with stakeholders, as well as shown decisiveness in solving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
  • Used to forward-thinking environment and don’t mind the complexity of tasks
  • Organized and able to work independently, have ‘yes we can’ attitude and creative problem-solving skills
  • You thrive by working in an agile setup with a can-do mindset and will take ownership and accountability for our outcomes and deliverables
  • Comfortable with a changing environment and curious about engaging in a large and complex organization where you can show your initiative and commitment
  • Advanced English skills

Valuable advantages

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
