IT Solution Delivery Analyst

The IT Solution Delivery Analyst is responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT solutions, from requirements gathering to implementation and support. The role ensures that solutions align with business objectives, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards while working closely with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Evaluate existing system and propose solutions to enhance functionality and efficiency.
• Facilitate system configuration, testing, and user acceptance to ensure successful delivery.
• Enhance a tactical tool that has been developed on Excel and Access to streamline and secure it.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and process workflows to transfer the knowledge to the IT support team.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years experience as IT solution analyst
• Microsoft Excel / Access
• Technical knowledge : VBA / Power BI
• KYC Knowledge
• Language : French (mandatory) / English
