Job Description
As part of this dynamic and forward-thinking environment, Fellowmind's Group Finance Department is looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the consolidation system (e.g., Tagetik), support in set up of dashboarding and business insights and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data to produce accurate and reliable reports.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinating and implementing system changes and improvements;
- Ensuring the technical integrity and efficiency of the consolidation system, including resolving technical issues and executing enhancements, together with external Tagetik consultants;
- Implementing controls within and outside the consolidation system to maintain the integrity and quality of financial data;
- ESG reporting-logic/data-model implementation in Tagetik;
- Close cooperation with the Group Finance Team to establish a robust technical foundation for the consolidation system.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor or Master degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred;
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related field in a multi-national company;
- Experience in financial consolidation processes and working with consolidation systems like Tagetik;
- Experience in an international environment, handling multiple currencies;
- Knowledge of financial software and ERP systems;
- Experience in Dashboarding Power BI (Pre);
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to coordinate and implement changes within the consolidation system;
- Full proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
Employment conditions
- Salary: €70.000 - €75.000 (incl. holidays allowance);
- A bonus scheme up to 10%;
