Role: Java Developer

Location: Netherlands, Arnhem

Employment Type: Freelance, one year contract

Language Requirements: Must speak Dutch

Start date: 1st of March


Experience:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Java/JEE Developer.
  • Practical experience with modern Java frameworks, including: Spring Boot, Quarkus, Docker, Kafka
  • In-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OO Design) principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with automated testing tools, including: Jenkins, SonarQube, Git, Maven, Cucumber


Role:

  • You will play an active role in the shift towards DevOps and Agile practices, helping to achieve lasting, impactful outcomes
  • Developing, implementing, testing, and documenting Java-based software solutions.
  • Working in close collaboration with architects and your Scrum team
  • Delivering second-level support for production systems.
