Position Objective

Findmore is seeking talented, purpose-driven professionals to join their data science and machine learning teams to tackle end-to-end data science projects in a collaborative and English-speaking environment.

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning projects.
• Proven track record of handling end-to-end ML initiatives, including:
• Data understanding and preparation.
• Modeling and evaluation.
• Deployment.

Skills

• Core Competencies:
• Strong grasp of data science principles (e.g., EDA, modeling, evaluation).
• Proficiency in Python and its standard ML/data science frameworks:
• scikit-learn, PyTorch, Keras, OpenCV, pandas, etc.
• Expertise in data transformation/preparation using SQL or pandas.
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with LLM (Large Language Models), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Generative AI technologies.
• Knowledge of Databricks.

Language

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory for business discussions).
