Working model: Hybrid (60% remote; 40% in person)

Sector: Telecommunications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

More than 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.

Mandatory

• +3 years of experience in the role of Scrum Master | Agile Coach | Product Owner | Business Analyst
• Scrum Master experience of development squads.
• Product Owner of specific projects.
• Business Analist | Support for PO.
• Agile team collaboration, with several projects.
• Focus on quality | Teamwork | Cordiality and Professionalism | Creativity and Innovation | Proactivity and Initiative.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a results-oriented approach.
• Experience with JIRA | Confluence | BitBucket | GitHub.
• Top Skills: resilience | good teamwork | Commitment | Flexibility and Adaptability | Agile
  
  

Daily Tasks

• All deliverables expected for the previous level;
• Configuration and analysis of complex reports and indicators.
• Analysis of organizational behaviors and structures and their impacts on the aid process.
  
  

Non Mandatory
