Role Overview:

We are looking for a Radio Access Network (RAN) Engineer to join one of our biggest clients - one of the major national players in the telecommunications sector.

What you will do:

Support ongoing network optimization activities including:

• Analysis & resolution of Top Offenders 2G, 4G & 5G (voice access. & retain. / 5G data access. & retain);
• Monitoring of post 3G-SO issues and resolution, VoLTE-, GSM- and LTE-related;
• Deep dive county-level KPI degradations and troubleshoot post 3G-SO;
• Local parameter trials focused on Speech DCR;
• Investigation and resolution of issues identified via drive test or customer/VIP complaints.
• Operational Issues Audits and Follow-up (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G);
• KPI degradation monitoring and investigation, and KPI and report templates definition;
• Troubleshooting and resolving performance issues at site level, for all RATs, including poor coverage, interference, and overshooting cells, dropped calls, CSSR, congestion, etc.;
• Working directly with Network Planning engineers to improve coverage and RAN PIs.

What you are like:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, telecommunications or a related field;
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles;
• Experience with Ericsson (RAN);
