Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Interim Research Scientist specializing in Generative AI and Agent Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mathematics and/or Physics. This role involves creating and analyzing AI-based agents, requiring the ability to read and comprehend advanced research papers, conduct experiments, and develop innovative solutions. The position is interim, with an extension based on performance from day 1.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Generative AI Development:
• Design, implement, and optimize generative AI models.
• Develop and train large language models (LLMs) to create intelligent agents.
• Agent Behavior Analysis:
• Analyze the behavior and performance of AI agents in various scenarios.
• Improve agent robustness and efficiency.
• Research and Development:
• Conduct research in AI, machine learning, and agent-based systems.
• Implement findings from advanced research papers Generative AI, Deep Learning and Neural Networks.
• Experimentation and Validation:
• Design and conduct experiments to test and validate AI agents.
• Use statistical methods to interpret experimental results.
• Collaboration and Documentation:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Document research findings and methodologies.
  
  

Requirements:

Essential Skills

• Education: PhD or degree in Mathematics, Physics, or both.
• Technical Skills:
• Programming languages like Python are beneficial.
• Strong understanding of Mathematics concepts.
• Analytical Skills:
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Experience in designing and conducting experiments, with statistical analysis expertise.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
