About the Role:
As a Product Manager at Relai, you will drive the evolution of our mobile app, shaping its features to deliver the best experience for our users while generating measurable value for the company. You will identify high-impact opportunities and take ownership of the entire product development cycle—from discovery to delivery.
You’ll collaborate closely with our CTO, Product Lead, Product Designer, and a growing team of 12+ Software Engineers. Additionally, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Leadership, Marketing, Support, Operations, and Compliance to ensure alignment and successful execution.

About the Role:
As a Product Manager at Relai, you will drive the evolution of our mobile app, shaping its features to deliver the best experience for our users while generating measurable value for the company. You will identify high-impact opportunities and take ownership of the entire product development cycle—from discovery to delivery.
You’ll collaborate closely with our CTO, Product Lead, Product Designer, and a growing team of 12+ Software Engineers. Additionally, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Leadership, Marketing, Support, Operations, and Compliance to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Tasks
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize the highest impact opportunities and problems to solve for our mobile product
- Conduct systematic market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback collection
- Use data to drive product innovation and improvements decisions
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to translate product requirements into technical specifications and intuitive user experiences.
- Maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog, including crafting detailed user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Take an active role in improving the development and testing processes for the mobile app team
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally with a Bitcoin angle
- Passion for Bitcoin, personal finance and ability to work in a startup environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Great sense of user experience and attention to detail
- Proactive problem solver
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages like German, French or Italian are a plus
