Senior Machine Learning (Artificial Intelligence) - €70k + 10% bonus

Industry: AI software for Pharma, start-up - heavily backed by a global investor

Workplace: Hybrid - 2 days per week

Offices: Barcelona or Madrid

Our client, the AI tech firm, are helping change the world of Pharma. 2025 is going to be a very busy year and we need a Senior ML Engineer who are ready for their next move in either Madrid or Barcelona.

Do you know how the data you're working with effects the business? This question is KEY.

Do you have a passion/interest for Tech / AI and see how it can help improve Healthcare?

Are you a people-person and someone who can work in an start-up, nimble environment?

Tech stack / experience needed:

• 4 years' production-level Python code
• AWS. Docker and Kubernetes
• Version control and CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions preferred)
• MLflow, Airflow, DBT, REST APIs
• Genuine interest in GenAI

Bonus:

• Contributed to AutoML libraries, SaaS AI products.
• Cloud certifications (preferably AWS)
• Background in product or AI SaaS companies
• Experience with GenAI stack: OpenAI, Claude, Langfuse, GenAI APIs, Langchain, PyTorch
• Experience applying LLMs to improve their personal productivity
• Professional English a must
