Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Data team in Labster. In this role, you will assist in analyzing, presenting and transforming data into actionable insights that help create actionable insights across the organization. Responsibilities

• Ensure reports are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to stakeholders. Design and implement reports.
  
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide data support for the development team using BI tools.
  
• Collaborate with data analysts and data engineers to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  
• Analyze impact of new features on the product KPIs.
  
• Collaborate with Stakeholders (content creators, engineers, community managers, marketing, etc) to support decision making.
  
• Stay updated on the latest BI tools, trends, and best practices.
  
• Gather and clean data from various internal and external sources

Competencies & Skills

• You love data!
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Good SQL and data transformation skills (python, R, Big Query, spreadsheets).
  
• Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) and data manipulation.
  
• Experience in reports and creating dashboards.
• 1+ years of experience with data or product analytics is not required, but preferred.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
