If you have a passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites and are proficient in Figma, we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

Proven Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.

Expertise in Figma: Deep understanding of Figma for creating high-quality, responsive web designs.

UI/UX Design: Strong skills in creating intuitive user interfaces and enhancing user experiences, with attention to detail and usability.

Web Design Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in web design.

Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to create seamless, functional designs.

Problem Solving: Ability to solve design challenges creatively and effectively.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and decisions.

Responsibilities:

Create engaging, responsive web designs for various digital platforms using Spy and Figma.

Work with developers to ensure smooth integration of designs into the final product.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs and design goals.

Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Maintain design consistency across all digital touchpoints (web, mobile, etc.).

Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with web development processes and an understanding of HTML/CSS.

Familiarity with animation and interaction design (e.g., Micro-interactions).

Knowledge of design systems and style guides.

Experience in designing websites for the gaming industry or related fields.

Strong knowledge of design tools beyond Figma (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
