Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the project schedule, ensuring adherence throughout the renovation project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Project Management team, providing regular updates on project status, potential delays, and scope changes.
• Lead a team of professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Engage in the coordination of trades and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships to optimize project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on site.
• Oversee quality control, ensuring all work meets client expectations and industry standards.

Skills and Experience:

• Construction Expertise: Proven experience in managing ICI renovation projects, from initiation to completion.
• Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing project teams and ensuring project success.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in project management within the construction industry, particularly with renovation projects.
• Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
