Software Engineer (HFT/Crypto)

This is a permanent position.

This role is designed for Software Developers with 1–3 years of experience who are currently working in or aspiring to transition into the high-frequency trading space.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of backend development experience, ideally in top-tier technology companies or High-Frequency Trading (HFT) environments.
• Proficiency in Python and Golang is required, with additional expertise in low-level programming using C++ or Rust being a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work with backend technologies, with a focus on building and optimizing high-performance systems.
• Strong academic credentials, preferably a degree with honors from a top-tier university.
• Experience with low-latency systems is highly desirable but not mandatory.
