BI & AI Director (Individual Contributor)

Role Purpose:

As the Director of BI & AI, you will lead a portfolio of advanced BI & AI solutions, driving transformational programs across large and complex business areas to enhance decision-making and automation at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vision and Strategy: Craft and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for global BI & AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Change Management: Lead business process transformations to achieve impactful results.
• Business Impact: Ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Harmonization: Standardize program and product management practices across regions to optimize efficiency and minimize redundancy.
• Continuous Improvement: Integrate feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine and enhance BI & AI solutions.
• Contract and Budget Management: Manage contracts and budgets for software, hardware, and professional services to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Business and IT teams across regions and corporate divisions to drive synergy.
• External Partnerships: Oversee relationships with external partners to support IT initiatives and drive innovation.
• Alignment: Ensure BI & AI initiatives align with architecture, technology, security, risk, IT, and enterprise strategies.
• Technology Monitoring: Stay abreast of emerging data technologies and methodologies, applying them where beneficial.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in digital or analytics roles, with a focus on data-intensive product development.
• Professional Certification in Agile is preferred.
• Proven expertise in product management, including strategy development, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management.
• Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and product management tools.
• Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives.
• In-depth knowledge of customer relationships, sales, e-commerce, logistics, and service operations.
• Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making.
