As a PHP Software Engineer, you will:

• Develop & Enhance ERP Solutions: Create custom dashboards, add fields, and ensure seamless performance of ERP systems to optimize internal processes.
• Support Upgrades: Oversee ERP software upgrades and stay updated on the latest features and capabilities.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify needs and propose innovative, technology-driven solutions.
• Provide Data Insights: Generate analytics reports and respond to data-related requests to support business operations.
• Mentor and Lead: Share your expertise with team members and contribute to the success of a collaborative and growing IT team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5-7 years as an ERP Developer or PHP Software Engineer, ideally with experience in manufacturing ERP systems.
• Technical Skills: Strong PHP skills and familiarity with modern development tools. Additional technology expertise is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and provide creative solutions.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team-Oriented Approach: A collaborative mindset that thrives in a close-knit team environment.
