Job Description:

Al Qarar Technical Supplies is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating business, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth in the assigned areas and sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage business opportunities in assigned areas, customer sectors, and key accounts.

• Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, MEP consultants, OEMs, and dealers.

• Obtain approvals from consultants, utilities, and government departments for the company’s product range.

• Generate new business leads through presentations, enquiries, and negotiations.

• Collaborate on tender processes and follow up with government departments and clients.

• Drive business development efforts and market launch strategies for new products.

• Conduct sales promotion activities and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth in the region.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial electrical products, switchgear, or controlgear.

• Strong understanding of the MEP, EPC, and OEM sectors.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.

• Valid Omani driving license or willingness to obtain one.
