Data Analyst

Key Requirements:

1.5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Developer
Required experience: SQL, Power BI (DAX, M, Desktop/Web), Excel
Preferred (or areas for growth): Databricks, BigQuery, Python, R, Git
English level: Intermediate
Nice to have: JIRA + Confluence (or similar), Draw.io, Google Sheets

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis of raw data from ERP and primary data collection systems. Identification of relationships, structures, and dependencies
Designing data marts and developing analytical reports in Power BI
Preparation and maintenance of documentation throughout the entire reporting development cycle (not for bureaucracy but adhering to the principle of minimal sufficiency)
Collaboration within the team (Data Engineer, BI Lead) during report development to ensure efficient storage and access to data for reporting purposes of related departments
Communication with internal clients. Decomposition of stakeholder requirements into tasks for Data Engineers to develop analytical reports that align with business needs and facilitate data-driven decision-making
Cooperation with ERP system analysts to build a comprehensive understanding of data architecture and its interconnections
Proactive involvement in establishing processes related to data collection, processing, and visualization, as well as interaction with analytics and BI development teams from related departments (Manufacturing/Marketing)
