Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements effectively.
• Leverage previous development experience to understand project complexities and provide guidance to technical teams.
• Conduct code reviews where applicable and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and clients.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project objectives align with business goals.
• Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• Resolve issues swiftly and effectively to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure projects meet high standards of quality and compliance with technical specifications.
• Facilitate post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for future improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience, including at least some as a software developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
