Data Analysis Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :Data Analyst

• Use a variety of facilitation methods, analytical tools and techniques to elicit, assess, analyse and document requirements, including business, stakeholder and solution requirements;
• Own the documented requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure the proposed change or business improvement is implemented and embedded successfully, the outcome is delivered and accepted by stakeholders, and targeted benefits are realised;
• Identify and document the gaps, using in-depth understanding of the current and future states to determine the underlying business need, derive the value associated with moving from the current to future state.
• Perform detailed data analysis and source to target data mapping as required to ensure detailed data requirements are understood and documented.
• Create and maintain data governance artifacts such as the Data Dictionary, Interface Data Agreements and the Data Product Catalogue.
• Undertake impact analysis when changes to upstream systems and processes are in the design phase to ensure data and reporting impacts are understood and upstream solutions are designed to meet reporting and analytics outcomes.
• Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for data related changes, engaging stakeholders as required.

Skills & experience required in this role:

• Understanding of Business Intelligence, Business Process Management as well as other aspects of reporting/analytics
• Demonstrated experience working within a Business Intelligence team and knowledge of BI Platforms like Tableau, BigQuery.
• Experience in writing SQLs to extract data and use it for analysis and reporting to various stakeholders where necessary.
• Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management and developing trusted and enduring relationships with business clients is essential.
• Knowledge / Experience working on Cloud platform projects
• Knowledge / Experience
• working with tools like Jira and Confluence
