I'm currently supporting a client who is looking for a Security Engineer to join the team. This is an initial 6-month contract with the scope to be extended.

Key responsibilities

• Must have proven experience working on a network security project
• Deep understanding of Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls
• Monitor and troubleshoot firewall and network performance, connectivity, and security issues.
• Strong familiarity with Azure cloud networking and virtualisation concepts.
• Security design experience with Azure SASE
• Implement firewall policies, rules, and configurations to align with security best practices and organisational requirements.
• Security Design experience
• Some OOH work is expected at weekends/evenings for production migrations
