About The Role

Our Digital team is growing! We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Senior FullStack Engineer to join on a permanent basis. This role is based from our Chadstone Support Office in a hybrid work environment based in Victoria. 

You will design, develop and maintain Officeworks Online Applications not only building experiences that delight our customers but are more than comfortable in designing and provisioning backend systems and infrastructure. This is an amazing opportunity to work with an experienced, knowledgeable team on one of Australia’s largest retail e-commerce platform. Join our team and use the latest technologies on a high-profile application in a “tech-friendly”, hands-on environment.

About You

About You:

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years demonstrated experience in development
• Strong Node.js and React experience
• Experience in solution design and design patterns
• High attention to detail and advanced technical skills
• Experience with automated test strategies and building pipelines
• Comfortable with Cloud based infrastructure
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
  
  

 Experience In The Following

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and production support tools, including SumoLogic, Dynatrace and DataDog
• AWS infrastructure
• Development experience in a micro-service architectural landscape
• Agile development implementation experience
• Experience working in a cross functional team
• Retail and eCommerce experience
• Coaching and mentoring Junior Engineers
• Experience integrating with headless e-commerce platforms like CommerceTools would be beneficial
