Job Description:

We are seeking an expert to develop and implement AI and machine learning models to support clinical development projects. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, optimizing data pipelines, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of AI-driven processes. The position also includes researching and integrating cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop GenAI assistants to support clinical development.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for document parsing using custom and off-the-shelf methods (e.g., document intelligence, entity recognition).
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and present actionable, data-driven insights.
• Research and assess AI models for potential integration.
• Develop backend frameworks using Python and FastAPI.
• Continuously test and optimize AI solutions to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience with ML/AI, particularly generative AI (LLM, embeddings, etc.).
• Industry experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or clinical development is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Python, Git, and experience with FastAPI is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries (Langchain, transformers).
• Experience with data analysis tools like Pandas and NumPy.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), with Azure AI and Kubernetes experience as a plus.
