Our client is a market leader in the financial services industry. They are currently seeking an Iteration Manager plays a crucial role in enabling the team to deliver in a way that maximizes flow, value delivered, quality, productivity, and team morale. They facilitate key team-level ceremonies, resolve impediments, align with other teams, and drive continuous improvement. The role involves planning, leading, and delivering solutions while actively managing risk and delivering quality results for the organization.

In this role, you will engage with key stakeholders including Internal: General Managers & Senior Managers, Project / Initiative stakeholders, Cross-functional delivery teams External: Third-party suppliers including technology providers, service partners, and consultants

Your Key Accountabilities will include:

• Delivering solutions across PowerPlatforms
• Supporting and coaching the team to improve performance using agile principles
• Leading the team to achieve continuous delivery and build quality in
• Managing iteration planning activities
• Ensuring work is delivered on time against agreed scope
• Budget administration, risk and issue tracking, scheduling, and reporting
• Creating shared accountability and developing a self-organizing team
• Liaising with other teams to ensure dependencies are understood and managed
• Identifying & removing blockers
• Building strong, trusted relationships with business and stakeholders
• Ensuring appropriate participation of team members in ART events
• Working with the Product Owner to ensure a sufficiently refined backlog
• Tracking key team-level delivery metrics
• Coaching the team and driving team-level continuous improvement

To be successful, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role such as Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, etc.
• Must have experience delivering projects across PowerPlatforms
• Deep knowledge and 3+ years' experience in delivering initiatives using agile delivery methodologies
• Scrum master certification desirable. Working knowledge of SAFe required. SAFe certification desirable
• Demonstrated experience in senior stakeholder management (to GM level)
• Experience leading a cross-functional delivery team
• Experience in the financial service industry desirable
• Experience blending in-house and vendor delivery
