Your new role

My client is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of 3 small initiatives in the digital space as they are replacing two digital modules and implementing a third for the first time. The replacements are Chatbot and Voice of the Customer (VOC) modules and they are planning to also implement a fraud module. All three initiatives have different timelines and objectives but there are synergies in the technology platform utilising the solutions, so they are better managed by a single project delivery team

Knowledge and Experience

• 10+ years’ experience of delivering digital technology related projects and programs.
• Seeking someone with a strong understanding of the digital space, capable of managing Experience running RFx processes from vendor/solution selection through to implementation or extensions, as well as collaborating with legal and procurement teams.
• Data and Digital transformation experience - preferably coming from insurance or financial services
• The role encompasses everything from testing and implementation to decommissioning.
• Experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) & Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent presentation, workshop facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage change and engage team members.
• Ability to translate business strategy into functional/operational plans and apply knowledge to the critical components of the function required
• Expert problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
• Experience working with Tier 1 & 2 vendors
