As a Data Analyst, you’ll spearhead a greenfield project to transform the company’s data into actionable insights. This role is about bringing the data to life, crafting compelling Power BI dashboards, and presenting information that empowers decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating dynamic Power BI dashboards that visualize data such as costs, demographics, occupancy, and retention trends etc.
• Eliminating Excel reporting by introducing sophisticated, efficient reporting solutions.
• Enhancing data integrity, ensuring reports are accurate, connected, and relevant.
• Presenting financial data in an engaging and understandable way for non-financial stakeholders.
