We are seeking a Project Assistant in Buenos Aires, this role can be worked on a hybrid basis with 2 days in the office twice every week.

Role Purpose

As a Project Assistant you will provide support to ensure that assigned projects are executed on time and in accordance with the company's quality standards.

This involves collaborating on tasks involved in the different stages of the project, from preparation to delivery to the clients.

Job Description

• Collaborate in project preparation: gathering statistical information from public sources and professional organisations, research new products / expiry dates/ market withdrawal campaigns
• Compilation of lists of products and seeds and data banks
• Assisting in the preparation of samples
• Review questionnaires
• Support in the kick off and follow up of projects
• Quality analysis of the data collected: Review of information based on certain standard provided parameters at the survey and aggregate level, assessing historical behaviours and reporting inconsistencies
• Feedback to interviewers
• Apply coding criteria to the data. Request for recodes and new codes.
• Support in analysing market trends, providing new insights for market data analysis
• Preparing delivery of results: preparing preliminaries and final reports (PowerPoint & Excel)
• Participate in client’s meetings and prepare the summary.
• Support in post-sales deliveries.
• Collaborate with diverse administrative tasks

Skills required

• Recent graduate or advanced university student of Agronomy, Agricultural Economy, Agricultural Production Technician, Statistics, Economy, Data Analytics or similar
• Analytical mindset
• Capability to manage different tasks and work to deadlines
• Teamwork skills
• Will be desirable having knowledge in the agricultural market and previous experience in data analysis
• Intermediate level of Excel and Power Point
• Intermediate oral & written English (B1)
