We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Data Analyst / Power BI Developer to join our growing team.

Focus: SQL, DBT, and limited use of Azure for Power BI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Utilize DBT to implement transformations and data modeling in Snowflake.
• Work with DAX to optimize Power BI calculations and performance.
• Integrate data sources and ensure data consistency across reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Ensure data security and governance best practices within Power BI and Azure.

Requirements:

• SQL Expertise: Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying, transformations, and performance optimization.
• Power BI: Experience in building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• DAX: Ability to write DAX expressions to create complex calculations in Power BI.
• DBT: Experience with data modeling and transformations using DBT.
• Azure Data Services: Experience with data-related Azure services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, or Event Grid.
• Proficiency with AI Productivity Enablement tools: Experience using AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.

Optional Requirements:

• Python: Basic Python skills to manipulate data or automate workflows.
• API Integration: Ability to consume and call APIs for data enrichment.
• Git & CI/CD: Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD practices for deploying Power BI reports and DBT models.
