The data team is at the heart of our innovation, responsible for everything from managing dashboards that track company KPIs to developing advanced machine learning solutions that drive our product’s evolution. As a member of this dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with data engineers and analysts!

The Role 📈

• Researching, developing, and deploying solutions for manufacturing problems
• Analyzing, monitoring, and improving existing machine-learning tools
• Evaluating and testing state-of-the-art machine learning methods
• Participating in grant applications and research projects, contributing to the company's long-term growth
• Constantly expanding knowledge of manufacturing technologies and processes to keep the company at the cutting edge
• Working on cross-team projects between the data team and the engineering team
  
  

What We're Looking For 🕵️‍♂️

• In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis: You have a strong foundation in these areas and can apply them to solve real-world problems
• Machine learning expertise: You’re an expert in machine learning methods and will drive the company’s competency in this area
• Product mindset: You understand that not every problem needs the same level of complexity in its solution. You'll make decisions based on the potential impact of a solution, choosing the simplest, most effective approach when appropriate.
• Strong problem-solving skills: You will take complex problems and break them down into manageable pieces. You’ll be able to devise solutions that balance complexity with the problem’s scope, ensuring efficiency
• Strong collaboration skills: You can work effectively with engineers and product managers to ensure that the solutions you develop are aligned with business needs and customer impact.
• A continuous learner: You don't need to know everything about the industry, but you should have a strong passion for learning and improving.
