CHANEL Tech_ is the organization in charge of IT for CHANEL. It’s a global organization with teams located all around the world.

Join our Global CIO Office Department and play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Manager of the TECH Academy. You will be instrumental in enhancing the TECH Academy by overseeing content creation and implementing an IT training platform.

You will be part of a dynamic team, operating in an international environment, where you will be empowered to excel and challenged to constantly improve, while receiving guidance and support tailored to your development goals.

The impact you can create at Chanel

Training Development:

• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive training catalog aimed at enhancing the skills of our TECH team members.
• Design and format engaging training materials.
  
  
  

Event Management:

• Organize both physical and online training events from start to finish, promoting the TECH Academy and enhancing the skills of TECH team members.
  
  
  

Community Engagement:

• Assist in fostering the global Learning TECH community.
• Animate the TECH Academy page on BLOOM (our online learning platform) to keep it engaging and up-to-date.
  
  
  

Content and Communication:

• Manage relationships with the video production team.
• Develop and produce monthly informational newsletters.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in TECH Learning.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in learning and project management.
• Strong communication and pedagogical skills, with a mastery of communication design tools.
• Curious and self-driven, with a solid understanding of IT subjects and a keen interest in TECH topics.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and interpersonal skills.
• Rigorous, methodical, a strong communicator, and proactive.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & French.
