Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product strategy and driving the development of innovative solutions that support sustainability goals. You will own the product roadmap, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful product delivery aligned with market needs and ESG objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives, customer feedback, and ESG priorities.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to launch and iteration, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to create user-centric solutions that address market demands and drive business growth.
• Conduct product discovery and validation to ensure strong market fit and customer value.
• Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging data and insights to guide product decisions and enhancements.
• Mentor and support junior product managers, ensuring alignment and excellence across multiple product lines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successful product launches in SaaS or related industries.
• Strong understanding of ESG principles and their integration into product strategy and development.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities, with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
